Arbiter Throat & Collar Protector with Phoenix Level IIIA Internal Ballistic
BAO Tactical throat protector offers maximum protection during hard risk operations. For use in conjunction with the Arbiter line of body armor; also compatible with other BAO models. Internal ballistic is a specially cut Phoenix Level IIIA panel, rated for nearly any type of handgun protection.
